As COO of Vivabox, he oversees operations, information technology, and legal functions. Prior to Vivabox, he held positions at Accenture, Ernst and Young, Neutrogena, Carey International and was a commissioned officer in the US Army.
Vince has over 25 years of experience in corporate financial management and capital markets, including roles leading finance, accounting, strategy and investor relations.
As the CFO of Vivabox, he oversees all Finance and Accounting functions. Prior to Vivabox, Vince held positions with WeddingWire.com, Nasdaq, and Ford Motor Company.

A graduate of West Point Military Academy, Peter went on to receive his M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has spent the last 12 years consulting and managing various high-value companies in the D.C. area, including his most recent stint as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Carey International, the global leader in chauffeured services and ground transportation logistics management.
